We are a early-stage social startup focused on sharing knowledge in the field of management to nonprofit organisation.

Our Mission

Empowering micro and small organizations to manage and develop by themselves, and fight against rural poverty more efficiently.

We Believe

That create and develop network between nonprofit organisations, local and international institutions can make micro and small rural organizations more efficient on supporting family farming.

We know our plan is just a small seed inside the big world of rural development X fight against hunger. But we are willing to contribute with our know-how.

WHAT WE DO

Our challenge is to launch a small seed to support the ODM #1 (“Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger”) of Millennium Development Goals from United Nations (with a deadline on 2015) and the International Year of Family Farming (2014) declared by FAO.

These initiatives will arise many opportunities to the rural world, and we believe that this is right moment to empower by e-inclusion and good practices the micro and small non-profit organisations whose works in rural zones on developing countries.
It will facilitate the access of funding and to get new donors keeping the chances to continue their work.
Currently:
– 1 in 3 people in the world work in agriculture
– 49.5 % of the world population lives in rural areas
– Small farmers produced 80% of the food consumed in developing countries
However:
– 1 in 8 people do not eat enough daily
– There are 1,200 million people living on less than $ 1.25 a day (extreme poverty)
– Of this total, 70% are women.
It is clear that this is an important moment for agriculture in the world. And we would like to collaborate with our knowledge.

First Steps Programme

This programme is focused to give visibility to the NGO and their activities inthe field in order to facilitating to get investors.

Capacity buiding on internet tools and social pages

Be a national NGO
Be a micro or small NGO
Work with agriculture in developing countriesbr>No professional webpage or social pages

Change-Makers Programme

This programme is designed to improve the internal management of micro and small NGOs to increase their impact in the rural zones.

OUR GOAL

Develop their internal management
Create networks with local and international institutions
Qualify them to have access to international financing and/or award

REQUIREMENTS

Be a national NGO
Work to poverty alleviation in rural zones
Have the focus on the empowerment of women
Have up to 15 employees, preferably without management team
More than two years of activities
